Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 6 other vehicles, including the 2004 Oldsmobile Bravada, 2004 GMC Envoy XUV, 2004 GMC Envoy XL, 2004 GMC Envoy, and 2004 Chevrolet TrailBlazer. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

IMPORTANT: The new actuator is in Bi-Level mode. Place the door in the middle of the travel position before you install the actuator.

Install the mode actuator (1).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Install the screws to the mode actuator (1).
Tighten: Tighten the screws to 1.9 N.m (18 lb in).
Install the left hand floor duct. Refer to AIR OUTLET DUCT REPLACEMENT - FLOOR, LH .
Install the left side sound insulator screws.
Recalibrate the mode actuator. Refer to Re-Calibrating Actuators (Auxiliary HVAC)
