Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) accessory trim plate. Refer to Trim Plate Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Accessory (GMC) or Trim Plate Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Accessory (Oldsmobile/Buick) in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  2. Fig 1: Removing/Installing Wiper/Washer Switch - Rear

  3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the wiper washer switch.
  4. Release the wiper washer switch locking tabs.
  5. Remove the switch from the trim plate.
