Installation Procedure

  1. Install the theft deterrent alarm (3) to the crossmember support (2).
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the theft deterrent alarm (3) to the crossmember support (2) with mounting nut (1).

    Tighten:  Tighten the nut to 5 N.m (44 lb in).

  3. Connect the electrical connector to theft deterrent alarm (3).
  4. Lower the vehicle.
