Installation Procedure
WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 6 other vehicles, including the 2004 Oldsmobile Bravada, 2004 GMC Envoy XUV, 2004 GMC Envoy XL, 2004 GMC Envoy, and 2004 Chevrolet TrailBlazer. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
- Install the midgate wiring harness to the midgate.
- Install the midgate wiring harness retainers to the midgate structure.
- Connect the following electrical connectors:
- Midgate latches
- Midgate window position switch
- Midgate latch release switch
- Midgate harness to body harness
- Install the midgate window regulator. Refer to Window Regulator Replacement - Midgate .
- Install the midgate window. Refer to Window Replacement - Midgate .
- Install the midgate inner panel. Refer to Midgate Panel Replacement - Inner .
