Installation Procedure

  1. Install the wedge to the endgate.
  2. Install the screw retaining the wedge to the endgate.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screw only until the wedge does not rock, but will still slide up and down.

  3. Slide the wedge fully forward.
  4. Close the endgate to adjust the wedge on the endgate.
  5. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  6. Open the endgate and secure the wedge to the endgate.

    Tighten:  Tighten the wedge screw to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
