Removal Procedure

  1. Open the midgate.
  2. Lift up and hold the midgate sliding hinge panel.
  3. Slide the retaining clips (1) up to the midgate sliding hinge panel in place.

  4. Remove the pushpins (1) retaining the midgate weatherstrip mold to the body.
  5. Remove the midgate weatherstrip from the pinch-weld flange and window channel.

  6. Remove the midgate weatherstrip from the vehicle.
