Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 6 other vehicles, including the 2004 Oldsmobile Bravada, 2004 GMC Envoy XUV, 2004 GMC Envoy XL, 2004 GMC Envoy, and 2004 Chevrolet TrailBlazer. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

  1. Install the blower motor processor (3) to the HVAC module (2).
  2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the retaining screws to the blower motor processor (3).

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in).

  4. Install the HVAC module-auxiliary. Refer to HVAC Module Replacement - Auxiliary in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning.
  5. Connect the electrical connector to the blower motor processor (1).
  6. Install the right rear quarter trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter - Right (TrailBlazer, Envoy, Bravada) or Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter - Right (TrailBlazer EXT, Envoy XL) in Interior Trim.
