Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 6 other vehicles, including the 2004 Oldsmobile Bravada, 2004 GMC Envoy XUV, 2004 GMC Envoy XL, 2004 GMC Envoy, and 2004 Chevrolet TrailBlazer. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

  1. Connect the fuel tank vapor pipe to the rear rollover valve (2).
  2. Connect the fuel tank vapor pipe to the fill limiter vent valve (3).
  3. Connect the EVAP vapor pipe to the fill limiter vent valve (3).
  4. Install the front clip (6) to the fuel and EVAP pipes at the front of the fuel tank.
  5. Connect the EVAP vapor pipe to the front rollover valve (5).
  6. Install the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement (TrailBlazer, Envoy, Bravada, Rainier)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (TrailBlazer EXT, Envoy XL, Envoy XUV) .
