Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the trim pad. Refer to Trim Pad Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Upper in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.

    IMPORTANT: Ensure that the speaker electrical connector does not fall into the speaker opening.
  3. Remove the 3 screws that retain the speaker to the instrument panel (IP) substrate.
  4. Disconnect the speaker electrical connector.
  5. Remove the speaker from the IP.
