Removal ("G", "L", "M", "S" & "T" Series)

  1. Raise and support vehicle. Remove tire and wheel. On Express and Savana, install pin into parking brake lever. See Figure. Remove rear brake drum. See REAR BRAKE DRUM .
  2. Remove return springs, hold down springs and pins, and brake shoe guide. See FigureRemove rear brake shoe actuator and link. Remove parking brake lever and strut. Remove rear brake shoe adjuster and spring. Remove brake shoes.
