Rear Brake Drum: Installation

  1. Apply light coat of bearing lubricant to axle tube. Install hub and brake drum assembly. Install washer and adjusting nut. Using Wheel Bearing Nut Wrench (J-2222-C), tighten adjusting nut to specification, while turning hub and rotor assembly. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  2. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Tighten fasteners to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
