Installation Procedure

  1. Position the latch bracket to the seat hinge.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

  2. Install the latch bracket bolts (2) that retain the latch bracket to the seat hinge.

    Tighten:  Tighten the latch bracket bolts to 35 N.m (26 lb ft).

  3. Install the seat back to the vehicle. Refer to Seat Back Replacement - Rear No. 1 (TrailBlazer, Envoy, Bravada)  or Seat Back Replacement - Rear No. 1 (TrailBlazer EXT, Envoy XL, Envoy XUV) .
