Installation Procedure

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  1. Install the mid-position floor latch assembly to the seat cushion frame with the bolts (1).

    Tighten:  Tighten the rear seat mid-position floor latch assembly bolts to 35 N.m (26 lb ft).

  2. Install the cable (3) to the mid-position floor latch assembly (2).
  3. Install the rear center seat belt buckle assembly to the floor latch assembly. Refer to Seat Belt Buckle Replacement - Center Rear (TrailBlazer, Envoy, Bravada) or Seat Belt Buckle Replacement - Center Rear (TrailBlazer EXT, Envoy XL, Envoy XUV) in Seat Belts.
  4. Install the trim panel to the seat cushion. Refer to Seat Cushion Trim Panel Replacement - Rear No.1 (TrailBlazer EXT, Envoy XL, Envoy XUV) .
  5. Install the seat in the vehicle. Refer to Seat Replacement - Rear No. 1 (TrailBlazer EXT, Envoy XL, Envoy XUV) .
