Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the seat from the vehicle. Refer toSeat Replacement - Rear No. 2 .
  2. Remove the seat belt buckle assembly.
  3. Remove the seat latch rod. Refer to Seat Latch Rod Replacement - Rear No. 2 .
  4. Remove the seat riser latch assembly. Refer to Seat Riser Latch Assembly Replacement - Rear No. 2 .
  5. Remove the seat adjuster cross bar. Refer to Seat Adjuster Cross Bar Replacement - Rear No. 2 .

  7. Unhook the J-strip (1) from the bottom of the seat back cover.
  8. Remove the hog rings (2) from the seat back cover flaps.
  9. Pull the seat cover up to expose the rear seat back mounting bolts.

  11. Remove the two rear seat back mounting bolts (1) securing the inner riser assembly to the seat back frame.
