Water Pump Installation

Install the water pump gasket.
Install the water pump.
NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
Install the water pump bolts.
Tighten
- Tighten the small water pump bolts to 22 N.m (16 lb ft).
- Tighten the large water pump bolts to 34 N.m (25 Ib. ft).

Install the water pump pulley.
Install the water pump pulley bolts.
Tighten

Tighten the water pump pulley bolts to 13 N.m (116 Ib. in).
