Conditions for Running the DTC

The engine is running.
The engine coolant temperature (ECT) is more than 70° C (158° F).
Engine speed is 400-4,000 RPM
The vehicle speed is more than 8 km/h (5 mph).
DTC P0012 runs once per drive cycle when the above conditions are met.
