Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the HVAC module assembly from the vehicle. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement .
  2. Remove the temperature/mode lever from the module.
  3. Fig 1: Heater Core Case And Bolts

  4. Remove the 12 bolts and heater core case.
  5. Remove the heater core clamp retainer screw and heater core from the HVAC module assembly.
