Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Lower Air Distribution Duct And Push Clips

  1. Install the lower air distribution duct (2) to the HVAC module assembly.
  2. Connect the lower air distribution duct to the defroster duct.
  3. Secure the lower air distribution duct with the four push clips (1).

  4. Install the upper air distribution duct (2) to the upper IP panel (5). Secure with the four screws (1)
  5. Install the upper IP assembly. Refer to Trim Pad Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Upper in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
