Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System .
  2. Loosen and remove the radiator inlet hose from the radiator.
  3. Disconnect the PCV hose to gain access to the radiator inlet hose at the cylinder head.
  4. Loosen and remove the radiator inlet hose from the cylinder head.
  5. Remove the radiator hose.
