Installation Procedure

  1. Position the radiator hose.
  2. Install the radiator inlet hose clamp at the cylinder head.
  3. Connect the PCV hose.
  4. Install the radiator inlet hose clamp at the radiator.
  5. Refill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System .
