Installation Procedure

Install the TWC to the vehicle.
Install the hangers to the rear of the TWC (2).
Install the bolts securing the Three-Way Catalytic Converter (TWC) to the front pipe.
Tighten: Tighten the TWC to front pipe bolts to 43 N.m (32 lb ft).

Install the bolt and clamp securing the Three-Way Catalytic Converter (TWC) to the muffler/tail pipe assembly.

Tighten: Tighten the TWC to muffler/tail pipe assembly bolt to 32 N.m (24 lb ft).
Install the Heated Oxygen Sensor 2 (HO2S2). Refer to Heated Oxygen Sensor Replacement - Position 2 (FWD) or Heated Oxygen Sensor Replacement - Position 2 (AWD) in Engine Controls - 1.8L (LV6).
Lower the vehicle.
