Condition could to be caused by a short to ground in circuits 2131 or 2132. A short between circuits 2131 and 2132 or with another circuit could also cause malfunction. With scan tool hooked up and turned on, wiggle suspect wires and watch scan tool display for current DTC to appear or disappear, indicating source of intermittent condition.
