Air Bag Warning Light

Ignition switch applies battery voltage to AIR BAG warning light. SDM controls AIR BAG warning light operation. When ignition is first turned on, AIR BAG warning light verifies system operation by flashing 7 times and turning off. During vehicle operation, AIR BAG warning light warns driver of malfunctions, which could potentially affect SIR system operation.
