Removal Procedure

Clean the outside of the reservoir.

Remove the reservoir cap (2).
Use a siphon in order to remove the fluid from the reservoir.
Place a drain pan below the vehicle in order to catch the draining fluid.
Loosen the reservoir inlet hose clamp at the reservoir.

NOTE: Refer to Power Steering Hose Disconnected Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Remove the reservoir inlet hose from the reservoir.
Loosen the reservoir outlet hose clamp at the reservoir.
Remove the reservoir outlet hose from the reservoir.
Remove the reservoir from the bracket.
