Installation Procedure

- Install the power steering fluid cooler pipe (5) to the power steering fluid reservoir.
- Install the cooler pipe to the end of the steering gear outlet hose.
- Install the 2 bolts (2,4).
Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 7.8 N.m (69.04 lb in).
- Install the 2 hose clamps (3,6).
- Fill the power steering fluid reservoir. Refer to Checking and Adding Power Steering Fluid .
- Bleed the power steering system. Refer to Bleeding the Power Steering System .
