Visual/Physical Inspection

  1. Inspect for aftermarket devices which could affect the operation of the suspension system.
  2. Inspect the easily accessible or visible suspension components for obvious damage or conditions which could cause the symptom.
  3. Verify the tires are the proper size. Refer to Tire Placard in General Information.

    If the tires are not the proper size, replace the tires. Refer to Tire Mounting and Dismounting in Tires and Wheels.

  4. Measure the tire pressure. Adjust the tire pressure if necessary. Refer to Tire Placard in General Information.
