Installation Procedure

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  1. Install the front seat shoulder belt retractor tension adjuster (1) to the vehicle. Secure the adjuster with the bolt.

    Tighten:  Tighten the front seat shoulder belt retractor tension adjuster bolt to 42 N.m (31 lb ft).

  2. Install the center pillar upper trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Upper Center Pillar in Interior Trim.
  3. Install the center pillar lower trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Lower Center Pillar in Interior Trim.
  4. Install the seat belt shoulder guide. Refer to Seat Belt Retractor Replacement - Left Front .
  5. Install the front side door sill trim plate. Refer to Door Sill Plate Replacement .
  6. Install the rear side door sill trim plate. Refer to Door Sill Plate Replacement .
  7. Enable the drivers seat SIR System. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling Zone 7 in SIR.
