Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the luggage carrier crossrails, if necessary. Refer to Luggage Carrier Cross Rail Replacement .
  2. Using a flat bladed tool, remove the luggage carrier side rail caps (1) from the luggage carrier side rail (6).
  3. Remove the 4 bolts (2) that retain the luggage carrier side rail (6).
  4. Using a flat bladed tool, disengage the plastic retainers (9) and remove the luggage carrier side rail (6) from the roof.
  5. Repeat the procedure to remove the second luggage carrier side rail, if necessary.
