Removal Procedure

- Disable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling Zone 3 in SIR.
- Remove the trim covers from the steering column. Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers Replacement .
- Disconnect the ignition switch electrical connector.
- Remove the 2 screws (8,9) and the ignition switch (7).
