Conditions for Setting the DTC

No vehicle speed sensor signal is sent to the PCM.
The Park/Neutral position switch is OFF.
The engine speed is equal to or more than 2,350 RPM.
The throttle position (TP) angle is equal to or more than 13 degrees.
The engine parameters indicate the vehicle is being driven.
