Cylinder Head Removal

  1. Remove the following items in sequence:
    • The cylinder head bolts
    • The cylinder head washers

  2. Remove the cylinder head.
    3. Fig 3: Cylinder Head Gasket

  3. Remove the cylinder head gasket (1).

  4. Clean the cylinder block mating surfaces.
