Water Pump Removal

IMPORTANT: The drive belt tensioner must be unloaded and the drive belt removed before the water pump is removed.

  1. Remove the water pump assembly to the timing chain housing bolts (2).
  2. Remove the water pump.
  3. Remove the water pump O-ring.
