Intake Camshaft and Lifter Removal

  1. Remove the intake camshaft sprocket bolt.

  3. Remove the cam shaft sprocket.

  5. Remove the intake camshaft bearing cap bolts in sequence. Starting at the ends and working toward the center of the camshaft.
  6. Remove the front camshaft bearing cap (5).
  7. Remove the intake camshaft from the cylinder head.
