Installation Procedure

Install the FLVV (1) and the gasket (2) into the fuel tank.

NOTE: Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Secure the FLVV (1) to the fuel tank with the three bolts (2).
Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 6 N.m (53 lb in).

Install the FLVV cover (1) onto the FLVV and secure with the three bolts (2).
Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 6 N.m (53 lb in).
Install the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement (FWD) or Fuel Tank Replacement (AWD) .
