Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the mass air flow (MAF) sensor.
  2. Fig 1: Air Cleaner Cover And Retaining Clips

  3. Release the two retaining clips (3).

  5. Lift the air cleaner cover (1) up and away from the lower assembly (3).
  6. Remove the air cleaner element (2).
