Installation Procedure

  1. Install the rear wiper blade onto the rear wiper arm. Refer to Wiper Arm Blade Replacement - Rear .
  2. Align the rear wiper blade with the mark on the rear window.
  3. Install the rear wiper arm onto the rear wiper motor spindle.
    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  4. Install the rear wiper arm nut.

    Tighten:  Tighten the nut to 5.5 N.m (4.0 lb ft).

  5. Install the cap to the rear wiper arm.
  6. Remove the mark from the rear window.
