Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front fascia extensions, if equipped. Refer to Fascia Extension Replacement - Front  in Bumpers.
    2. Fig 1: Front Bumper Bolts

  2. Remove the front fender liners. Refer to Wheelhouse Panel Replacement in Body Front End.
  3. Remove the fog lamps. Refer to Fog Lamp Replacement - Front in Lighting Systems.
  4. Remove the bolts (4) from the front bumper fascia (3) at the fender.
  5. Remove the push-in retainers (2) from the bumper fascia using J 38778  .
  6. Remove the fascia bolts (1) from the fascia.
  7. Remove the fascia from the vehicle.
  8. Remove the grilles from the fascia. Refer to Fascia Grille Replacement (Upper)  or Fascia Grille Replacement (Lower)  .

  9. Remove the 10 screws from the upper and lower fascias.
