Installation Procedure

  1. Assemble the upper and lower fascias with the 10 screws.
  2. Install the grilles. Refer to Fascia Grille Replacement (Upper)  or Fascia Grille Replacement (Lower)  .
  3. Position the fascia to the vehicle.

  4. Install the bolts (1) to the fascia (3).
  5. Install the push-in the retainers (2) to the front bumper fascia.
    6. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  6. Install the bolts (4) to the front fascia (3) at the front fenders.

    Tighten:  Tighten the front fascia bolts to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

  7. Install the fog lamps. Refer to Fog Lamp Replacement - Front in Lighting Systems.
  8. Install the front fender liners. Refer to Wheelhouse Panel Replacement in Body Front End.
  9. Install the front fascia extensions, if removed. Refer to Fascia Extension Replacement - Front  in Bumpers.
