Removal Procedure

  1. Open the liftgate.
  2. Remove the endgate trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Liftgate  .
  3. Disconnect the 2 rods (1) from the lock cylinder.
  4. Remove the 2 nuts (3) from the lock cylinder (2).
  5. Remove the endgate lock cylinder (2) from the liftgate.
