Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the rear inside door handle. Refer to Door Handle Replacement - Rear Inside .
  2. Pull the water deflector far enough away to gain access to the door lock.
  3. Disconnect the power door lock actuator electrical connector (3), if equipped.
  4. Remove the following components from the door (1):
    • The 3 screws (4)
    • The door lock (5) with the cables (2) attached.
