Removal Procedure

- Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Rear Door .
- Remove the water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Rear Door .
- Remove the outer sealing strip. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Rear Door Window Belt Outer .
- Remove the door weather-strip. Refer to Weatherstrip Replacement - Rear Door .
- Remove the door window weather-strip. Refer to Weatherstrip Replacement - Rear Door Window .
- Remove the window guide channel. Refer to Window Guide Replacement - Door .
- Remove the door lock. Refer to Lock Replacement - Rear Door .
- Remove the outside door handle. Refer to Door Handle Replacement - Rear Outside .
- Remove the door window. Refer to Window Replacement - Rear Door .
- Remove the door window regulator and motor. Refer to Window Regulator Replacement - Rear Door .
- Remove the rear door speaker. Refer to Speaker Replacement - Rear Door in Entertainment.
- Remove the rear door body side molding. Refer to Molding Replacement - Rear Door Body Side in Exterior Trim.
- Remove the rear lower door side molding. Refer to Molding Replacement - Rear Side Door Lower in Exterior Trim.
- Remove the door check link. Refer to Door Check Link Replacement - Rear .
- Release the door wiring harness grommet and unroute the wiring harness (2) from the door (4), if equipped.
- Remove all the retainers from the rear door (4).
- Mark the door hinge location.
- Remove the following components from the vehicle:
- The 4 door to hinge bolts (1, 3)
- The rear door (4)
