Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the rear side door lock. Refer to Lock Replacement - Rear Door .
  2. Remove the following components from the door:
    • The torx screw (6)
    • The outside door handle cover (1)

  4. Pull and hold the release plate of the outside handle frame.

  6. While holding release plate, push the outside handle toward the rear of the door and remove.

  8. Loosen the torx screw (4) and remove the outside handle frame assembly (5), if necessary.
  9. Remove handle gaskets (3) from door, if necessary.

  11. Remove handle clip (1) if necessary, by pressing the upper and lower.
