Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front seat assembly. Refer to Seat Replacement - Front Bucket .
  2. Remove the front seat head restraint. Refer to Head Restraint Replacement - Front Seat .
  3. Remove the seat adjuster track covers (14). Refer to Seat Adjuster Track Cover Replacement - Front (Outboard)  or Seat Adjuster Track Cover Replacement - Front (Inboard) .
  4. Remove the bolts (15) from the seat back assembly (1).

  5. Remove seat back assembly (1) from the seat adjuster (16).
  6. Remove the seat back recliners (5). Refer to Seat Back Recliner Replacement - Front .
  7. Remove the seat back trim panel (2), if necessary. Refer to Seat Back Trim Replacement - Front .
  8. Remove the passenger seat inflatable restraint, if necessary. Refer to Inflatable Restraint Side Impact Module Replacement - RH in SIR.
