Removal Procedure

  1. Push in the tab (2) on the head restraint guides.
  2. Lift and remove the head restraint (1).

  4. Release the tab on the side of the head restraint guide. Remove the guides (1) from the seat back cushion (2) by gently prying with a flat bladed tool, if necessary.
