Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door in Doors.
  2. Remove the speaker wire harness rosebud retainer from the inner door panel.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector (1).
  4. Release the lower retaining tab (2) on the speaker assembly (3).

    Remove the lower retaining tab (2) from the slot (4) on the inner door panel.

  5. Pull the speaker assembly (3) outward to disengage the upper locating tabs from the slots (4) on the inner door panel.
  6. Remove the speaker assembly (3) from the inner door panel.
