Throttle valve cable out of adjustment Adjust the throttle valve cable.
Faulty throttle vavle cable and cam Inpsect the throttle valve cable and cam.
Faulty accumulator pistons Inspect the accumulator pistons.
Faulty valve body Inspect the valve body.
Faulty transaxle Overhaul the transaxle.
