Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the blower motor.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  2. Install the blower motor bolts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the bolts to 1.3 N.m (12 lb in).

  3. Connect the blower motor cooling hose.

  4. Connect the blower motor electrical connector.
  5. Install the instrument panel harness into the harness retainer.
  6. Install the right side instrument panel insulator. Refer to CLOSEOUT/INSULATOR PANEL REPLACEMENT -- RIGHT .
