Installation Procedure

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.

Install the rear seat belt retractor (2) to the vehicle. Secure the retractor with the upper mounting bolt (3) and the lower mounting bolt (4).
Tighten
- Tighten the rear seat belt retractor upper mounting bolt to 51 N.m (44 lb ft).
- Tighten the lower mounting bolt to 41 N.m (30 lb ft).
Install the rear seat belt retractor lower anchor bolt (5).
Tighten

Tighten the rear seat belt retractor lower anchor bolt to 41 N.m (30 lb ft).
Install the right shoulder adjuster (7) with the bolt (8).
Tighten

Tighten the right shoulder adjuster bolt to 42 N.m (31 lb ft).
Install the right shoulder adjuster bolt cover (1).

Install the right lower quarter trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - REAR QUARTER LOWER in Interior Trim.
Install the child tether upper anchor brackets. Refer to CHILD RESTRAINT TETHER ANCHOR REPLACEMENT .
Install the tool storage compartment tray.
Install the tool storage access panel. Refer to ACCESSORY PANEL REPLACEMENT - REAR in Interior Trim.
Install the rear compartment access panel. Refer to ACCESSORY PANEL REPLACEMENT - REAR in Interior Trim.
Install the rear storage compartment. Refer to STORAGE COMPARTMENT REPLACEMENT - REAR in Interior Trim.
Install the right rear seat garnish trim.
Install the right rear door sill trim. Refer to DOOR SILL PLATE REPLACEMENT in Interior Trim.
Install the right rear seat hinge. Refer to SEAT BACK HINGE REPLACEMENT - REAR OUTER in Seats.
Install the right rear seat. Refer to SEAT REPLACEMENT - REAR in Seats.
