Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front floor rear console. Refer to CONSOLE REPLACEMENT - REAR FLOOR in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  2. Position the front seat (1) in a forward position in order to gain access to the seat belt switch electrical connector (2).
  3. Disconnect the seat belt switch electrical connector (2).

  4. Remove the following components from the front seat:
    • The 2 screws (1)
    • The inner adjuster finish cover (4)
    • The bolt (3)
    • The seat belt buckle (2)
