Installation Procedure

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  1. Install the seat belt buckle (2) to the front seat. Secure the buckle with the bolt (3).

    Tighten 

    Tighten the front seat belt buckle bolt to 42 N.m (31 lb ft).

  2. Install the inner adjuster finish cover (4) to the front seat. Secure the cover with the 2 screws (1).

  3. Connect the seat belt switch electrical connector (2).
  4. Install the front floor rear console. Refer to CONSOLE REPLACEMENT - REAR FLOOR in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  5. Return the front seat (1) to the upright position, if the left front buckle was removed.
